Today my school class went to a daycare and
talked to the kids about how to take care of their
teeth. Things went really well and we had lots
of fun. Here are some pictures of our day.

I haven't been very good about updating my
blog lately. My camera cable won't let me
download to my computer still. So the only
pictures I have are ones taken from my cell
phone or ones that others send me.
This month has been very busy with school
and other things.
On Valentine's Day I got to see all of my kids
and grandkids. Everyone is always so busy
that we don't get to spend as much time together
as I would like.
Here is little Madox.... he is 4 months old now.
He is such a good baby. We were looking at
baby pictures of Josh the other day and I can't
believe how much alike they look.

Jackson is always such a busy boy. He is so FUN
to be around. There is never a dull moment.
I am amazed at how smart he is. But then he
has a wonderful mom who works with him and
teaches him so much. (Jodi is so much more
of a Mom than I was with her. She makes me
so proud).

And then........ Chandler is on his way into the

world in April. I am looking forward to holding

him in my arms and getting to know him. I am

sure Jack will be an awesome big brother who

will teach him a lot of things, and love him so

much.

My laptop is not working and my camera doesn't want to download on my desktop for some reason, so I can't post pictures from Christmas.
I had a great Christmas with my family at my parents house and with Josh and his sweet little family. Then the boys and I went to Jodi's house for Christmas evening and stayed the night. We had dinner and played games and just enjoyed one anothers company. How blessed I am to have such wonderful children and the sweetest little grandsons in the world. I love them so much.
2009 was a very hard year for me, so I am not sad to see it go. I am looking forward to this new year of 2010. I hope it will be much better. But I will have to say that the highlight of 2009 was my new little grandson coming into the world and into our hearts. A few things that I am already looking forward to this coming year is that I will be getting another sweet little grandson (Chandler) in April, and I will be graduating from school in June. So 2010, here is to a better year than last year!!! Bring it on!

On Saturday Jared, his friend Ronnie, and I

went out to RAWHIDE. We had a lot of fun.

There was rock climbing, where Jared made

it all the way to the top. Way to go Jared!!!

for "holding hands in public". LOL They were

suppose to dance to get out of jail, but they

somehow talked their way out without doing

a dance.

We also took in a wild west show.....

On Sunday we took a trip over to the Mesa

Temple to see the Christmas lights. They were

beautiful!!!

My kids and I got together this weekend for dinner

and visiting at Jodi's house. I love when we all

get together.

time Jackson got to see Madox. What a cutie

Madox is 2 weeks old today..... What a little
sweetheart. He is such a good baby.

Jared had his last football game of the season

this week. He played very well.... and even

made a touchdown. I was really proud of him.

They lost their game, but it still was a good

game. Way to go Jared, a job well done!

Madox got to come home from the hospital today.
He then had his great grandma and grandpa
Black drive 3 hours one way just to see him.
They thought he was just precious!

I am a GRANDMA again!!!
Josh and Ashley had their baby this morning
just before noon. His name is Madox Joshua.
He weighed in at 7 lbs. 11 oz.

He was all bright eyed, and just taking in his
surroundings. He didn't cry the whole time I
was there. Even when the nurse poked his
foot for a blood sample. He is so ADORABLE!!

My mom and her friend Kerma drove 3 hours

to come to Jared's game. Also, Jodi, Jackson,

Jacob, Josh and Ashley came to the game to

cheer Jared on.

Jack had a lot of fun playing on the bleachers,

while Jake chased him around.

Having LOTS of fun on the stairs. What a silly

boy.

Grandma's sweet boy!!! What a precious little

boy he is.
